History
Building Services (M & E) Engineering Pvt Ltd. (BSE) was founded in the year 1999 and incorporated as a limited company in February 2000 by a group of young engineering professionals led by Dr. S. Sivalingam to engage in the services of design, engineering and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP) for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
We, BSE as one of the leading MEP engineering & contracting companies in Sri Lanka have undertaken and successfully completed a large number of projects including some of the prestigious and landmark buildings in Sri Lanka during the past years. Over the years we have extended our specialised services to both public and private sector institutions in areas of Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection Systems and Mechanical Ventilation & Air-conditioning Systems. Further we have also undertaken design, supply and installation of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems to satisfy specific needs of our customers.
Our customer base includes leading property developers, main civil contractors, reputed hospitality sector organisations, industrial enterprises, government and non-government agencies. We have completed MEP works in Residential Apartments, Hotels, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Court Complexes, Sports complexes & stadiums, Banks, Shopping Complexes, factories and industrial parks in Colombo and various other parts of the island from North to South of Sri Lanka.
We have also undertaken "design & build" type projects for hotels, hospitals and other commercial & industrial buildings. Further we have successfully handled a number of major star class hotel refurbishment projects in Colombo including "Cinnamon Grand", "Cinnamon Lake Side" and "The Kingsbury Hotel" in Colombo.
In the recent past we have forged partnerships and JVs with multi national MEP contracting companies to jointly explore opportunities major construction projects currently being envisaged in Sri Lanka.
