The main objective of establishing this new regional office in the northern province is to get closer to their customers in the Northern province thus ensuring fast response and efficient service delivery. Prompt mobilisation of manpower, material & equipment at new project sites spanning from Vavuniya to Jaffna, providing seamless warranty and after sales service support to their customers in the region have also been envisaged through this regional office.
