Building Services (M & E) Engineering Pvt Ltd. (BSE) was founded in the year 1999 and incorporated as a limited company in February 2000 by a group of young engineering professionals led by our Chairman Dr. S. Sivalingam to engage in the services of design, engineering and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and residential buildings.
BSE as one of the leading MEP engineering and contracting companies in Sri Lanka have undertaken and successfully completed a large number of projects including some of the most prestigious landmark buildings in Sri Lanka. Over the years we have extended our specialised services to both public and private sector institutions in areas of Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection Systems and Mechanical Ventilation and Air-conditioning Systems.
In the recent past we have forged partnerships and joint-ventures with multinational MEP contracting companies to jointly explore opportunities major construction projects currently being envisaged in Sri Lanka.
